Teaching Philosophy:
Having a family history of dyslexia and ADHD, I learned early on that great minds don't think alike. I became trained in the Orton-Gillingham method through Fundamental Learning Center to aid in helping dyslexics thrive in the classroom and in life. As a Dyslexia Therapist, I pride myself in implementing evidence-based practices, coupled with a neurodiversity affirming approach, to create confident, life-long learners. My goal is for children to see their learning differences differences as a source of strength, creativity and intuition, all while becoming capable readers.
