If you are applying for multiple people, each person will register separately. Registrants will not pay at the the time of registration (close payment page). Participants who withdraw before the training begins will receive a refund of 90% of the registration fee. Ten (10%) of the registration fee will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs. NO refunds will be issued after the training start date. No exceptions. There will be a $25 charge for insufficient funds.
